Abstract
A cross coupled transconductance mixer for 3.6 GHz WiMAX application is presented in this paper. The circuit was designed with TSMC 0.18μm CMOS process. An RF PMOS is used to improve the linearity. The proposed folded mixer has the conversion gain of 0.8dB with LO power at -5dBm. The IIP3 is 9.6dBm, noise figure is 17dB. The total power consumption with output buffer is only 4.3mW under a 1V supply voltage.
