Abstract
This paper approached a new structure of the fuel cells powered electric vehicle driving system by considering the characteristics of the fuel cells. Considering the FC can not absorb the regenerating braking energy the extra equipment must be introduced. The super capacitance is adapted to absorb the regenerating energy. For eliminating the ripple of the FC output current the LC filter is introduced. The simulation result show the current ripple can be greatly eliminated. So the FC can work under highest efficiency and performance of the entire system is improved.
