Abstract :
A hierarchical block-based dense disparity estimation method is proposed for stereoscopic videos. After determining accurate disparity values for non-overlapping blocks, a dense disparity map is obtained by applying a bilateral filter. The experimental result shows that the proposed method can produce a reliable disparity map with high efficiency.
