Abstract :
The current status of global and Chinese CO2 emissions was presented, CO2 control methods, and comparison of two methods of CO2 control technology were summarized. The novel flue gas aqueous ammonia decarburization process for coal-fired power plant was proposed. The case study for technical and economic analysis about this process used on a 300 MW coal-fired power plant was carried out. It was concluded that aqueous ammonia decarburization process is feasible for CO2 separation in coal-fired power plant.
