  • Abstract
    As for the last technicks of plastic injection blow forming block device; hollow blow plastic to mold, the temperature control of mold is one of the key techniques to obtain high quality. This paper analyze the requirement of temperature control and environmental temperature change, and the disturbance elements of mandril high temperature object to the temperature of the forming block. This paper also presents the fuzzy control algorithm of changeable structure with three inputs and two outputs and design the fuzzy control rules. So the product quality are not affected by the environmental temperature out of the adoption of the fuzzy control, in addition, it can also obtain the result of energy-saving.
