Abstract :
A method of cavity resonator Q-factor measurement, based on using an amplitude-modulated microwave signal with tunable modulation frequency, was examined. The ratio connecting the resonator Q-factor with resonant frequency and size of reconstruction frequencies tuning band is analysed.
