Abstract :
Sources of broadband or overbroadband noise oscillations are required for diagnostics of various electronic devices. We propose that use of deterministic chaos is a perspective way to generate these sources. Signals are generated on a mixer from two autooscillators. One generator has a fixed frequency of generation. The second is frequency-modulated by a signal from a low-frequency chaotic source in a specified interval. The mixer output possesses a signal covering the frequency range from zero to several GHz.
