Abstract :
A technique for measuring the permittivity of liquid crystals (LC) confined in Nuclepore membranes with a low porosity (1.3 %) is described. A microstrip resonator with capacitive cell for investigating the MW-permittivity is described. It is shown that the permittivity of a LC may be measured with 3.2±0.15 accuracy.
