Abstract
The theory basics and formation principles of a new class of UWB radars with inertia- free scanning of space for radar observation of aerial targets are considered. The basis for such radars is an application of coherent orthogonal sounding signals (SS), emitted by spaced antenna array (AA) elements. The receiving of echo-signals may be implemented by single antenna (SA) with space-time signal processing on its output on the basis of aperture synthesis (use of the receiving AA is probable but not a fundamental factor).
