Abstract
UPS parallelizing has been an important issue during recent years. Delivering continuous and reliable power to critical loads has been the main reason for many researches to work in this field. In this paper, for the first time, droop control strategy, virtual impedance included, and SVPWM switching method are combined and deployed for evaluation of the operational characteristics of two parallel UPSs. Then, the simulation results are comprehensively compared with SPWM method. Different operational conditions such as variation in input DC voltage and load are considered in simulation for better assessment. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by simulation results.
