Abstract :
The results of fabrication and optical characterization of planar periodically-poled structures created by a set of quasi-point e-beam irradiations on the congruent X-cut and Y-cut free LiNbO3 substrates as well as in the planar Zn-indiffused LiNbO3 waveguides formed on such substrates are presented.
