Abstract :
This thesis focused on the features of the design for the automatic meter-reading and net-distance meter-reading, which applied the wavelet-analysis method for the electronic load in studentspsila apartments to identify the high-power load and computers, in order to prevent college students from violating electro-regulation. It can meet special electro-requirements for studentspsila apartments, such as overload identification, timing on and off, limitless power supply for special users, net-distance meter-reading and control.
