Abstract
The results of the plane electromagnetic pulse propagation through the dielectric layer with the human skin parameters are considered in this paper. The problem is solved for arbitrary temporal form of the incident signal. Pulses with different temporal forms (for example, a Gauss pulse, Gaussian monopulse) were chosen for comparison the results of interaction. The energy characteristics and temperature changing for different incident pulses are investigated.
