Abstract :
Combining the hobbing and the characteristics of PC-based open-CNC system, a scheme of constructing hobber CNC with PC- PMAC is presented. The structure of hardware, mode of join, position control, data communication, PLC control, and the structure of software are described in detail. Based on analyzing CNC hobberpsilas movement demand and its realization method, combining the characteristics of zero-drive work-spindle, the control strategy and realizing way of improving its servo stiffness are proposed. Through self-adaptive of the PID parameter, the machining accuracy of zero-drive CNC hobber is improved.
