Abstract :
The authors describe a method for evaluation of performance testing results from the Common Standards for Quantitative Electrocardiography (CSE) studies. It allows derivation of minimum performance requirements which consider the present state of the art by referencing them to the results of all existing systems tested. Based upon these minimum requirements, equipment with pure performance can be recommended. A comparison between these tolerance limits and recommendations by cardiological experts shows surprisingly high agreement
