Abstract :
A 12-bit, 600 mW pipeline ADC, fabricated in 0.8 μm silicon BiCMOS technology, is optimized for use in cellular base-stations. The ADC achieves 75dBFS SFDR and 66dBFS SNR at 65 MSPS and can sample IF frequencies to 250 MHz
