Abstract :
This paper presents communication protocols with testing prototype for gene amplification device. The detection of parametric faults is performed by the testing prototype according to the performance indexes, with which validating, analyzing and monitoring the thermal performance of thermal cyclers. A testing prototype was designed and fabricated as a supplementary instrument for the experimental test.
