Abstract :
A simulation-free systematic approach for analyzing noise in emitter-coupled pair bipolar mixers is presented. This approach, based on a linear time-varying analysis for mixer noise, does not require circuit simulations and is very efficient. Good agreement is obtained between the simulation-free approach and the results from a simulation-based systematic approach
