Abstract :
In this paper, at first Sheppard-Taylor PFC converter is introduced, and operation principle of this converter is studied. Then a new switching method of this converter is proposed and simulated in Matlab/Simulink. Simulation results are compared with conventional switching method and the benefits of this method are investigated.
