Abstract
The goal of this article is the presentation of using Flash based animations of technological processes in Web based packaging education process at our department. Contemporary trend of education in such a traditional field as technology needs the use of modern tools of learning - Internet, e-mail, multimedia, remote access, animation and interactive work. Some years ago was born at Department of Electrotechnology of Czech Technical University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering a project of Web based packaging education, which became a part of ENPACKED project started in 1999 year. This project was systematically evolved in direction to animation of technological processes. One of important goals in teaching of manufacturing is to understand several technological processes. However, it is not possible to demonstrate all technological processes at laboratory conditions. The computer simulation can obtain primary knowledge of the technological processes of such type. The macromedia Flash is a software tool determined for creating of Web based animations on Internet or intranet networks. Professional animations, which show principles of technological processes, can be created this way too.
