Abstract
Surface integral equations, which are widely used to solve electromagnetic problems, require mesh generation on the very complex geometry surfaces of the 3D targets and circuits. This is a tedious and time-consuming work, but it is a very important work. A 3D surface hybrid mesh generator for multi-layer structures and complex targets is described. The new technique used in the generator is the grid-based Delauney type triangulation. Some quality complex meshes are provided to demonstrate the powerful mesh generator.
