Abstract :
We firstly report the crosstalk model of the recently proposed twisted differential lines on multi-layer PCB, which is valid over several GHz. We design the high-speed multi-bit digital interconnects with the optimal design trade-off analysis based on the model. The improved performance is demonstrated by eye-diagram.
