Abstract
The current existing biological information integration systems provide only the static view and they are not flexible to support dynamic integration. Previous dynamic integration only considers the creation and restructuring of metadata, while the cross-references between data/metadata cannot be expressed. We propose a approach by adopting the deputy mechanism for dynamic integration, which can implement on-demand scale information integration. An important application of the system is to enhance traditional information architecture and mapping queries within peer-to-peer and other integration framework. The two phase optimization paradigm is also introduced and the sub-fragments of queries with correlation information can be pushed into source engines. The experiment result shows that our model can provide better performance for dynamic information integration.
