Abstract :
The magnetic navigation system has been widely used for the minimally invasive interventions. The four cylinder Halbach array was introduced into the magnetic navigation system to decrease the high cost. A small model was manufactured and measured. The experiment results indicated that the orientation of magnetic field could be precisely controlled by rotating the magnetization direction of the four cylinder magnets.
