Abstract :
An example of strong radiation power of THz emission from the mesas fabricated from Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ high-Tc superconductor intrinsic Josephson junctions is given together with the effective model in which an effective LRC-values are considered as adjustable parameters to maximize the radiation power emitted.
