Abstract :
As changes have prevailed throughout a wide range of aspects of modern industrialization, it is crucial to manage changes in organizations. The author proposes a bottom-up approach for change management in organizational contexts. The author analyzes the differences between top-down approaches and bottom-up approaches. The proposed approach focuses on teaching self-innovation skills through a habit-building capability that utilizes persuasive technology.
