Abstract :
A broadband rectangular waveguide calorimeter was designed to establish a reliable mm-wave power standard in the frequency range from 110 GHz to 170 GHz. This calorimeter precisely measures the absorbed mm-wave power in the mm-wave absorber by comparison with the equivalent DC power, which ensures the SI traceability of the measured mm-wave power.
