Abstract :
This paper presented a novel millimeter-wave output power accurate controlled method, achieved 32dB±0.3dB dynamic output power controlled range. Moreover, this paper developed a W-Band high power solid-state signal source for further 0.3THz-0.4THz imaging application, achieved at least +12dBm output power range from 75GHz to 110GHz.
