Abstract :
The present paper is mainly concerned with the issues of adaptive synchronization for coupled hyperchaotic Chua systems. By using the adaptive control approach with the linear feedback updated laws, some simple yet generic synchronization criteria for coupled hyperchaotic Chua systems are derived based on the Lyapunov stability theory on dynamical systems. It is shown that the proposed control strategy is rather simple and effective, and so it is easy to implement in practice. Finally, numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control methodology.
