Abstract :
A 5×5 pixel array of titanium nitride (TiN) lumped element kinetic inductance detectors (LEKIDs) at a wavelength of 215μm has been electrically characterized, obtaining its noise-equivalent power, NEP = 3×10-16W/Hz1/2. This array will be further characterized with optical measurements.
