Abstract :
This paper presents a set of constraints referred to as convolution constraints for the auxiliary beams and evaluates the performance of the partitioned processor to show that the processor with the proposed design is computationally efficient and robust against steering angle errors. The processor do not use a pre-steered array and allow an array designer to specify the frequency response in the look direction and steered the main beam in any arbitrary direction.
