Abstract
In this paper, a class of the linearized delayed ring neural network system under the influences of a small-world connection is studied. The stability is established and several characteristics are investigated. Particularly, when the number of neurons and the location of small-world connection are known, the stability region of c, a delay-independent constant, is presented.
