Abstract :
This paper analyses the factors which affect the outlet temperature of the cement decomposing furnace, considers the condition when the raw material transient feeding is volatile as a special condition, calculates the GM (1,2) model by using the sampling data. Under the special condition, the GM(1,2) model is used to predicte values. While under normal conditions the latest GM (1,1) prediction model is obtained by replacing the old with the new interest rate and calculating the predicted values. Finally the coal feed volume is got by the fuzzy control and the performance is further improved through feedback and correction control.
