Abstract :
A detector design for the 89 GHz channel of direct detection radiometers is proposed with high sensitive zerobias Schottky diodes. Particularly addressed is the diode´s RF voltage responsivity drift with temperature at millimeter wave frequencies between 60 and 200 GHz, as well as its compensation in the microstrip circuit.
