Abstract :
A coplanar waveguide based passive 2D TM slab-beam power combining lens array is introduced. A CPW fed folded slot with one director antenna is used to excite the dominant TM mode in a slab waveguide. The array has input-to-output port insertion loss that is better than -5 dB for a three-element based array.
