Abstract
Spreading the landau phase change theory, by using two order parameters, that is martensite transition percentange Phi and mean shearing strain epsiv, and supposing friction function is the first-order linear coupling of them. Explaining the experimental facts of resistivity´s abnormal raising and moduli of elasticity´s softening on the Thermoelastic Martensitic Tansformation.
