Abstract :
This paper presents the unified solutions of static Green´s functions in spectral domain for open and covered planar two-layered anisotropic media. The Green functions give the potentials in both layers attributed to a point charge source located on the interface. To illustrate the application of resultant general expressions, the configuration of covered microstrips on biaxial substrates is considered explicitly.
