Abstract :
The horizontal and vertical uniform wall thickness can measure the quality of the piercing for the production of seamless steel pipe. It is difficult to establish the mechanism behind the model problem, a sub-periods based on the variance MPLS quality forecast model. MPLS introduces the method of variance sub-period decomposition process data in time, to strike a variance, regression model building and model-line prediction and other key content. The forecasting model will be established for quality prediction of the tube, as piercing improve the quality of the production of seamless steel tubes laid a good foundation, and its low maintenance costs, real time, reliability and high precision, quality can be used for piercing on-line prediction and optimization.
