Abstract :
A signal processing system which enables the beat-by-beat recovery of microvolt cardiac signals in particular ventricular late potentials from the human body surface in real time is described. A multichannel adaptive filter process which shows improved performance over conventional designs has been implemented a digital signal processing system. Frequency segmentation is used to overcome the high-frequency distortion introduced by standard adaptive filter configurations
