Abstract :
Volterra series is a powerful and accurate method, for weakly nonlinear circuit analysis. According to precision and efficiency of available methods, using this method, seems to be necessary in such circuits. Nonlinear current method, an approach in Volterra series method, is used to analyze an amplifier. An amplifier is designed and is analyzed through Volterra series method. Finally, the results are compared with harmonic balance method. The proposed algorithm can be used in modern commercial simulators.
