Message from the Conference Chairs

SERA 2006, the Fourth World Class International Conference on Software Engineering Research, Management and Applications, is being held at Red Lion Hotel on 5th Avenue, Seattle, Washington, USA. The conference is sponsored by the International Association for Computer and Information Science (ACIS) in cooperation with the IEEE Computer Society. This conference is aimed at discussing the wide range of problems encountered in present and future high technologies. In this conference, we have a keynote speech by Dr. Len Bass, which will be fruitful to all of you who are participating in SERA 2006.
