Abstract :
The sub-millimeter (300 GHz) wave sintering of the alumina ceramics had been performed. Temperature dependences of the grain size and its distribution were obtained. Temperature dependence of standard deviation (STD) of the grain size distribution is different from conventional heated one (thermal equilibrium process).
