Abstract :
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of ground-to-air data communication, the improved two dimension markov model is put forward. Then the best Rth improved arithmetic, the best Fth improved arithmetic and the mixed best threshold arithmetic which introduces two mechanism are discussed, and the method is given. The new method provides theory idea for dispeling network performance parameter in ground-to-air data link.
