Abstract :
Athelets sustainable livelihoods refers to the living capabilities, assets and income-generating activities that possessed and acquired by athletes in their life cycle to withstand external shock and pressure to improve the long-term living situation. The reallocation of livelihood assets determines the selection and results of micro livelihoods strategy of retired athletes; the optimal allocation of livelihoods assets is affected by the implementation process of macro-organization, system and policy, which give feedback on the vulnerability of the environment. The livelihood results give feedback on the allocation of livelihood assets. The core of the Life Cycle-Sustainable Livelihoods Framework is livelihoods assets. the composition of livelihood assets is dynamic. The accumulation of human capital, financial capital and social capital are easily damaged under the context of vulnerability. Therefore, it requires organizations to promote the optimal allocation of livelihoods and to achieve the sustainable livelihoods through the system and policies.
