Abstract
This paper presents a 60 GHz solid-state power combining module using double probes transition structures and Y junctions. The size is compact and easy to assembly. The return loss is below -10 dB, the insert loss of the back-to-back structure is below 3.4 dB at 58~63 GHz. It is indicated that the loss in power combining is below 1.7 dB and the efficiency of combining is about 70%.
