Abstract :
This article puts forward an error statistical method based on ink droplets model, to solve color distortion problem in 3D printing. Using contour direction, an angle optimization algorithm of ink-jet head is obtained to reduce errors. In addition, the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is vilified through error statistical methods. Finally, 3D printing experiments are completed using this angle optimization method.
