The Construction of the Government´s Core Competitiveness under the Network Environment - A Case Study of Fujian Provincial Government

In the modern era of increasingly fierce social competition, the competition among the governments is also becoming increasingly fierce. Under the influence of the network environment, the governments are badly in need of building their own core competitiveness to preferably gain legitimacy and credibility. On the basis of expounding the connotation of the government´s core competitiveness as well as the impact and influence on the government´s core competitiveness from the Internet, this paper analyzes the competition environment and the competitive problems of Fujian Provincial Government, and points out that under the network environment, the core competitiveness of Fujian Provincial Government means government´s information ability, government´s decision-making ability, government´s executive ability and government´s regulation ability. Meanwhile, this article proposes some countermeasures for the construction of Fujian Provincial Government´s core competitiveness.
