Abstract
The E-Government is the most comprehensive application on the Internet, using the Interactive technologies outside to build a one-stop E-Government in the CATV network is the best choice of taking advantage of the existing CATV network resources, the most essential thing about building the E-Government in CATV network is to establish a secure Information Channel, the establishment of the secure information channel have to draw support from the PKI technology.
