Abstract :
Moving images have strong correlation in the spatial axis and also the time axis. By using this characteristic, we expect that a moving image can be compressed better than static image coding. We have proposed low bits static image coding using the discrete time cellular neural network (DTCNN). The paper describes moving image coding by the DTCNN with a three dimensional decoding filter, and its simulations
