Abstract :
Along with the six western regional power grids in Yunnan connecting to main network successively, power supply quality and reliability of each eparchy power grid has been ameliorated greatly. Simultaneously, new problems are brought to the safety and stability operating control of the main and regional power grids. Transient stability transmission capacity of tie lines from regional network to main network is analyzed; according to the analysis of high-frequency issue and low frequency issue, correspondingly high-frequency machine-cutting and under-frequency load-shedding schemes were proposed; Requests and suggestions to improve regional system dynamic stability is also proposed, which provides references to the safety operation control of Yunnan power system.
